How do a requirements profile and an implementation concept differ?
The requirements profile describes the starting point, goals and required services. A subsequent implementation workshop develops the technical plan, for example for a DMS or ECM, interfaces, permissions and operational requirements.
Is the software decided at the start?
HEROscope assesses processes without prescribing a solution and provides vendor-independent recommendations. The specific solution is planned based on the identified requirements.
Which materials help with preparation?
